Mrs. Katie has been a part of the LTRC Early Childhood Center since 2016 when her son started in the Three’s Program. Since that time she has served as a volunteer, board member, Assistant Teacher, Three’s Teacher and now Director. Mrs. Katie has a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland and has a background teaching kindergarten and special education. Katie has four children and enjoys spending time as a family playing games, hiking, and visiting the beach.

Mrs. Allie has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a background in Montessori education. She has spent many years teaching children from 18 months to 6 years old and loves creating a warm, engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. Mrs. Allie is excited to continue sharing her passion for early childhood with our preschool community.

When she is not in the classroom, you’ll usually find Mrs. Allie walking her dog with her husband, spending time at the beach, or coaching and cheering on her three children at their many sporting events.

Mrs. Brittany is joining LTRC this year after taking some time off from teaching to stay home with her daughter. She has multiple years of experience teaching infants to 5 year olds. Mrs. Brittany has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is very excited to be getting back into a classroom!

When not in the classroom Mrs. Brittany can be found cheering her daughter on at one of her many activities or just enjoying time with her family.
